Museum of photography

The Museum of Photography is the home of Estonia’s photographic heritage. It showcases the history of Estonian photography from the 1840s onwards and hosts exhibitions of contemporary photography. 

The Photography Museum’s theme for 2026 is COLOR PHOTOGRAPHY. The immersive exhibition “Colour Tickle” marks the beginning of a thematic year at the Museum of Photography dedicated to colour photography. The program will include lectures, artist talks, workshops, and a series of short exhibitions focusing on colour photography.
